At 3D Printers Pakistan, we stand behind every product we sell. Our refund and return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free.
Return Window
You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if it arrives in a damaged or defective condition. The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Eligible Returns
- Item arrived visibly damaged (report within 24 hours of delivery)
- Item is Dead on Arrival (DOA) — does not power on or function as described
- Item received is different from what was ordered
Non-Eligible Returns
- Change of mind after purchase
- Damage caused by incorrect setup or user error
- Items without original packaging
- Items that have been modified or repaired by a third party
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within the return window
- Provide photos/videos of the defect or damage
- Our team will review your claim within 24 hours
- Upon approval, we'll arrange pickup at no cost to you
- Once received and inspected, we process your replacement or refund
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (bank account, Easypaisa, JazzCash). We will confirm refund details before processing.
Warranty Claims
For issues that arise after the 7-day return window, the manufacturer warranty applies. We assist you through the entire warranty process at no additional charge. Typical warranty claim resolution takes 2–4 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
