Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, and availability at any time. All product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or a signed purchase order (for institutional buyers). We accept bank transfers, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and cash on delivery (COD) for select locations. Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery timelines vary by location (typically 2–7 business days). Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the courier.
Warranty
All products sold by PakTechImports carry the manufacturer's official warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted through us — we handle all warranty communication with the manufacturer on your behalf. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability
PakTechImports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
