Shipping & Delivery
Insured courier delivery on every order, anywhere in Pakistan. Typically 2 to 7 business days.
How long delivery takes
Orders are dispatched within one business day of payment confirmation. Delivery then typically takes 2 to 7 business days depending on where you are.
Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi are usually at the shorter end of that range. Smaller towns and remote areas take longer, and we tell you the expected timing when the order is placed rather than leaving you to guess.
How delivery charges work
We do not publish a flat delivery rate, because it would be wrong for most orders. Shipping a compact resin printer to Lahore and shipping a large-format FDM machine to Quetta are not comparable, and a single advertised figure would mean overcharging some customers and absorbing losses on others.
Instead, the exact charge is calculated from your destination and the size of the machine, and confirmed before you pay. Never added afterwards.
Customs and duties
Quoted prices include import handling and duties. No customs charges are payable by you on receipt. This is a real difference from ordering a printer from an overseas website, where duty and clearance become your responsibility and frequently cost more than the shipping did.
Where we deliver
Anywhere a major courier operates, which is effectively all of Pakistan. Cities we ship to regularly include:
What to check on arrival
Shipments are insured, but under our terms risk of loss passes to the buyer once goods are handed to the courier. A few minutes on delivery protects you:
- Inspect the outer carton before the courier leaves — crushing, punctures, water marks.
- Photograph any damage while the packaging is still sealed.
- Report visible transit damage the same day, not after unpacking days later.
- Run a first test print promptly, so any fault is found inside the return window.
If something arrives damaged or faulty, the warranty and returns page explains exactly what happens next.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you deliver 3D printers across Pakistan?
Yes. Orders are delivered by insured courier nationwide, covering Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar as well as smaller cities and towns. Delivery is available anywhere a major courier operates.
How long does 3D printer delivery take in Pakistan?
Orders are dispatched within one business day of payment confirmation, and delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days depending on destination. Major cities are usually at the shorter end of that range and remote areas can take longer. Expected timing is confirmed when the order is placed.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges are confirmed at the time of order rather than published as a flat rate, because they depend on the destination city and the size of the machine. A compact resin printer and a large-format FDM machine do not cost the same to ship. You are told the exact charge before payment, never after.
Is my 3D printer insured during delivery?
Yes, shipments are sent by insured courier. Under our terms, risk of loss transfers to the buyer once goods are handed to the courier, so inspect the package on arrival and report any visible transit damage immediately rather than after unpacking later.
What should I check when my 3D printer arrives?
Inspect the outer carton before the courier leaves. Look for crushing, punctures or water marks, and photograph any damage while the packaging is still sealed. Report visible transit damage the same day. Once unpacked, run the printer's first test print promptly so any fault is found inside the return window rather than weeks later.
